Will they work with my phone?

Yes. They connect over Bluetooth to any Bluetooth phone, tablet or computer. Each product page shows the Bluetooth version and the other ways to play, such as a cable, an FM radio or a memory card.

How long does the battery last?

It depends on the model and the volume. Each product page lists the playtime and charging time given for that model.

Which headphones have active noise cancelling?

Everything in Noise Cancelling Headphones has active noise cancelling (ANC). Our other headphones block some sound with their ear cushions but do not have ANC.

Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the parcel's size and weight and your country, and the delivery estimate is shown before you pay. Every order ships with tracking. Prices are shown in your currency and include GST/VAT where it applies; in Canada GST/HST is added at checkout.

Can you ship headphones with a battery to my country?

Yes. They have a built-in rechargeable battery, so they travel by a tracked service that accepts batteries. If we cannot deliver to your address, checkout tells you before you pay.

Returns and refunds

Can I return them?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
