Track Your Order

Every order from Puffin Audio ships with tracking. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your parcel's journey.

If you are signed in to your account, you can also view your order status and tracking details by visiting Account > Orders.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are packed by our fulfilment partner and sent via tracked international post (Cainiao Standard). The delivery estimate shown at checkout is usually accurate, with most countries receiving their orders within 2-5 weeks.

What If My Order Is Late?

If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery estimate provided at checkout, please contact us. We will either re-send your order or issue a full refund.
