Puffin Audio offers wireless over-ear headphones featuring active noise cancelling, retro, graffiti and gaming styles with soft full-size ear cushions and long battery life. We provide tracked worldwide shipping.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the parcel's size, weight and your country. The delivery estimate is shown before you pay. We only sell to countries listed at checkout.

Orders are packed by our fulfilment partner and sent by tracked international post (Cainiao Standard). Most countries receive orders within 2-5 weeks. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Headphones contain a built-in rechargeable battery and travel via a tracked service that accepts batteries. If we cannot deliver to your address, checkout will inform you before payment.

If an order has not arrived by the end of its delivery estimate, please contact us. We will re-send it or refund it in full.

Returns and Refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind. The buyer pays return postage, and the return address may be overseas. For faulty, damaged or wrong items, contact us with your order number and photos. We will refund or replace these items. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and your local consumer law always apply.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in your currency. Where we charge GST/VAT (including Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Korea and others), it is included in the price. In Canada, GST/HST is added at checkout. Elsewhere, import duties or taxes, if any, are charged by the destination country on delivery.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see full card numbers. We do not offer buy now, pay later services such as Afterpay or Klarna.

Privacy and Cookies

We collect your name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number and order details to fulfil orders and answer questions. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We share order details only with suppliers and carriers needed to deliver. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by email. Australian Privacy Act and GDPR rights apply.

Essential cookies keep the cart, sign-in status, ship-to country, currency and language settings. Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies for fraud prevention at checkout. One first-party cookie remembers how a visitor first arrived for 90 days to measure marketing. We do not use advertising cookies.

• Will they work with my phone? Yes. They connect over Bluetooth to any Bluetooth phone, tablet or computer. Each product page shows the Bluetooth version and other play options like cable, FM radio or memory card.
• How long does the battery last? It depends on the model and volume. Each product page lists the playtime and charging time for that model.
• Which headphones have active noise cancelling? Everything in Noise Cancelling Headphones has active noise cancelling (ANC). Our other headphones block some sound with ear cushions but do not have ANC.
• How much is shipping and how long does it take? Shipping is calculated at checkout from the parcel's size and weight and your country. The delivery estimate is shown before you pay. Every order ships with tracking.
• Can you ship headphones with a battery to my country? Yes. They have a built-in rechargeable battery and travel by a tracked service that accepts batteries. Checkout will tell you if we cannot deliver to your address.
• Can I return them? Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
